Commission

This feature allows you to configure commission templates, which can then be assigned to each technician based on the created template.

1. List commission

Display all previously created Commission.

2. Add new commission

To create a new Commission, follow these steps:

✍ Step1: Click button "Create"

✍ Step2: Input Name, Description

✍ Step3: Tab Service: Set up commission rates for All service.

  • Default commission rate: This is the default commission rate applied to all services that have commission activated.

  • Customize commission by service: Configure specific commission rates for certain special services.

  • Deduct service cost: Enable this option to subtract the service cost prior to calculating the commission for the technician.

3. Assign commission to employee

✍ Step1: Access Management > Team > List

✍ Step2: Select Update any employee

✍ Step3: Select tab Setting and Choose Commission

✍ Step4: Click Update
