Booking

This section will configure settings related to Walk-in Bookings, Online Bookings, and several other minor options.

1. Booking General

This section configures the BOOK function in the Center, used when the salon books an appointment on behalf of the customer.

General
Time availability		When the salon books an appointment on behalf of a customer using the BOOK function in the Center, it can configure the allowed booking time window: The Allowed Time for Reservation: Defines how soon a booking can be made relative to the current time. Ex: Allow bookings starting at least 30 minutes from now. The Allowed Time in the Future: Defines how far into the future a booking can be scheduled. Ex: Allow bookings within the next 2 days. From day 3 onward, booking is not permitted.
Add custom Service/ Product		Enable/Disable the option to add custom services or custom products when creating a booking at the salon.
Status
Booking auto No-Show		If the customer does not check in within the configured time window, the booking will automatically change its status to No-show.

2. Booking Online

This function is used to configure parameters related to the Online Booking flow.

2.1 Configure

Availability		Similar to the configuration in Booking General, but this section applies specifically to Online Bookings.
Group Appointment		Allow group booking or not. If disabled, customers will only be able to make individual bookings.
Display configuration		Display Settings for the Online Booking Page Display the Service Price: Choose whether to show the price of each service. Display the Technician's Reviews: Choose whether to show detailed reviews for each technician. Display the Store's Working Schedule: Choose whether to show the salon’s opening and closing hours.

2.2 Service

Configure the list of services and the display order on the Online Booking page.

Services displayed on the booking page		By default, when a new service is added, it will be displayed on the Online Booking page. If changes are needed, the salon must access this management section to update the display settings. Available actions include: Drag and drop to reorder service categories Drag and drop to reorder individual services Remove service categories from the Online Booking display Add existing service categories or services to the Online Booking page

2.3 Policy

Configure the salon's Policy content, which will appear during the booking confirmation step on the customer side.

Policy		The salon must configure its Policy before activating the Online Booking feature to avoid displaying a blank page to customers. This section allows the salon to fully customize its Policy content, including text, images, links, font styles, font sizes, and many other formatting options.
